	Brite-Tech Berhad ("Brite-Tech Group" or "the Group") was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 14 June 2001 as a private limited company and was subsequently listed on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 July 2002. With effect from 3 August 2009, the MESDAQ Market was transformed into the ACE Market, sponsor-driven alternative market for corporations from all business sectors. Brite-Tech Group is an integrated water purification and wastewater treatment solutions provider and the Group's business activities comprises the following business segments :

	To provide a complete range of services and products in the field of water treatment as well as engineered and formulated chemical products for water and wastewater treatment; and to provide analytical laboratory and environmental monitoring services.


	To provide consultation, engineering design, construction, installation and commissioning of water purification, water recycling and wastewater treatment systems; and to provide rental of portable ion-exchange resin columns as well as supply of chemicals and consumer products.


	Investments, management and other operations which are not sizeable to be reported separately.

	Brite-Tech Group provides a broad range of formulated water treatment chemicals, analytical testing & environmental monitoring services for air, noise, water and wastewater, and also provides a broad range of treatment system and equipment as well as consultation engineering study and design, custom-built system and operating capabilities.

	The Group believes its expertise is in the analysis of a customer's water purification and wastewater treatment requirements, and the application of company's analytical testing, formulated chemical products, system, equipment and services to provide cost effective solution, essentially, it is a one-stop center for water and wastewater treatment.

	Over the years, changing technology and customer needs have prompted Brite-Tech Group to strive for better technological and service excellence. Today, Brite-Tech Group has emerged as a company that can provide pragmatic consultation, state-of-the-art design-build equipment and systems, effective chemicals and reliable laboratory and comprehensive maintenance services that can help solve the ever challenging environmental problems. In addition, Brite-Tech Group has put emphasis to expand into specialty chemicals and related products to increase its range of products and services.
